NNA has partnered with the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) to ensure that we are taking necessary steps to successfully achieve our objective of increasing the minority representation of our dealer body. In addition, we have been a corporate sponsor of the Annual NAMAD conference for the past four years.

College Internships-INROADS
Since the early 80's, NNA has utilized the nationally recognized INROADS college internship program to identify and prepare talented minority students for NNA employment. The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
