Minority Communications NNA recognizes the importance of strategic communications with all of its different ethnic consumers. To achieve the right balance, and make our advertising as culturally relevant as possible, Nissan has formed partnerships with a number of advertising and public relations firms.

NAMAD Relationship NNA has partnered with the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers (NAMAD) to ensure that we are taking necessary steps to successfully achieve our objective of increasing the minority representation of our dealer body. Nissan-HBCU Student Government Leadership Program The Nissan-HBCU Student Government Leadership Program is designed to provide student leaders at Historically Black Colleges and Universities with leadership training and business tools in a 3-day summer program. In 2006, the second annual session was held at Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Mississippi.


College Internships-INROADS Since the early 80's, NNA has utilized the nationally recognized INROADS college internship program to identify and prepare talented minority students for NNA employment. The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
