Nissan engineers put the Altima Coupe through more than 5,000 quality and durability tests. To simulate performance in extreme temperatures, they bake it under 266 scorching bulbs one day, and drive it in sub-zero conditions the next. They pummel it with a battery of road tests that replicate some of the worst road conditions imaginable, sending it over teeth-rattling bumps and through stomach churning slalom courses. We know you'll never treat yours this poorly, but it's good to know you could if you had to.
