This is the all-new JUKE® NISMO® RS – the ultimate performance crossover. More horsepower, sharper handling, better brakes, a performance transmission, and overall a lower, leaner, meaner attitude.

MANUAL TRANSMISSION
NISMO® engineers built the RS with a high-performance 6-speed manual gearbox with lowered ratios, a strengthened clutch cover and, in the right hands, the potential for some serious performance. They also dropped in a limited slip differential that manages front torque steer.

BRAKES
We boosted both the performance and horsepower, so just to be fair, the brakes had to get the same treatment. Stopping power has been enhanced with bigger rotors up front, and vented rotors all around help keep things cool. Even the calipers make a statement-they've been painted a deep NISMO red.

EXHAUST SYSTEM
The RS gets some added growl and performance from a specially designed exhaust system. A wider tube and altered chamber increase exhaust flow to give it a deeper, darker tone that hints at its racing inspired roots.

Alcantara®[*] and Leather-wrapped Steering wheel

Covered in rich suede and leather, the motorsports-inspired steering wheel has a red center-mark at the 12 o’clock position, so you always know exactly where the wheels are pointing. This simple red stripe comes in pretty handy when you are powering through corners.

Paddle Shifters

Inspired by motorsports, available steering column-mounted paddle shifters give the RS AWD’s CVT a manual feel for a more hands-on driving experience. It offers eight step “gearing”, compared to seven in a JUKE® NISMO®, and the six offered up by the standard JUKE® CVT.

Genuine Recaro® Seats

These race-inspired seats bolster the torso, back, and thighs to keep you firmly in place through even the most intense g-force-generating curves. The integrated headrest has belt pass-throughs that give it a sporty look, and are compatible with a 4-point harness system.

Red Eye Flight

NISMO® Tachometer
The word “tachometer” comes from the Greek "tachos", which means speed, and "metron", for measure. This fun fact has been brought to you by the vivid red tachometer that can only be found in the JUKE® NISMO® and JUKE® NISMO® RS.

We’ve done our part. We lowered the aerodynamic profile, tuned the steering, and dropped the suspension. We also equipped it with summer performance tires and 18” rims, all in the name of making this fun-to-drive vehicle even more fun to drive.

Torque Vectoring
Traditional AWD systems only distribute power front to back. The JUKE NISMO® is not, of course, traditional, so it needed something else. Nissan engineers designed an available torque vectoring AWD system for the JUKE that also adjusts power from side-to-side on the rear wheels, giving you added grip through turns, and better traction all-around.

Turbocharged engine
We’ve cranked up the 1.6-L Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) Turbo engine to give it 197 horsepower, a boost that you’ll really feel when you get up into the higher revs, like when you are passing. The JUKE NISMO® delivers turbocharged passing power with ultra-efficient fuel economy.

the Downforce

Aerodynamics
Taking design cues from the ultimate supercar—the Nissan GT- R®—we completely redesigned the front and rear fascia, added a rear diffuser, tweaked the rear spoiler, and lowered the side sills on the JUKE NISMO®. The end result of all this: more downforce and an improved aerodynamic profile.

Get the LED out

Accent Lights
The headlights and front-end of the JUKE are two of its most distinguishing features. The JUKE NISMO®, inspired by the Nissan GT-R®, was given just a little more attitude with two banks of LED daytime running lights added to the front fascia.

Rear Spoiler
That roof spoiler on the back of the JUKE NISMO® isn’t just there for looks. This wind-tunnel tested wing has been extended, angled, and helps to create 37% more downforce for added stability and responsive handling.
