Nissan LEAF Q&A
WHEN WILL ELECTRIC CARS BECOME COMMONPLACE?
I THINK A MAJOR SHIFT IS COMING
as us early adopters show family and friends how easy it is to charge, how fun the cars are to drive, and how much you save on gas/maintenance.
I FEEL LIKE I'M ON THE CUTTING EDGE OF DRIVING TECHNOLOGY.
Like I'm driving the iPod of cars when it just came out and people hadn't realized that the electronic revolution was coming.
I LOVE DRIVING SOMETHING THAT IS CUTTING EDGE AND HELPS THE ENVIRONMENT.
I love it more when I have the opportunity to talk with people about the car and technology.
TO BE QUITE HONEST, SEEING A LEAF ON THE STREETS IN MY AREA HAS BECOME FAIRLY COMMON.
I was first in my area and the "club" was exclusive for a long time, but we have passed beyond that phase here.
ALL OF MY FAMILY HAS PRETTY MUCH SAID SOMETHING LIKE:
"I have no idea why everyone doesn't switch to electric, at least for a family's second car".
I THINK WE'LL SEE A LOT MORE EVS
and plug in EVs as the infrastructure increases/improves.
EV Term An environmentally-friendly vehicle powered by electricity in the form of an electric motor and battery pack. Also known as the Nissan LEAF®.
I SEE 5 - 7 YEARS
(as least big cities in CA) when every 5th car will be an EV.
