Nissan makes some waves without even going to the beach!

Nissan unveiled an exciting lineup of new vehicles, upgrades and cool stuff at the 2015 LA Auto Show. The new Versa® Note® Color Studio was unveiled, a limited edition JUKE® was introduced, there was some big news about the Cummins-powered TITAN® XD, and the 2016 Sentra® took top billing.

LA is the birthplace of the custom car movement, so the Los Angeles Auto Show was the perfect place to unveil the newly customizable Versa Note.

The Versa Note is the second model in our lineup to receive the Nissan Color Studio treatment. Last year the turbocharged Juke got its own Color Studio, and the response was huge.

Now it's the Versa Note's turn.

Today, people are looking to customize everything from their phone cases to their playlists to their smart watches. The Color Studio gives them the opportunity to customize their car.

We've added 13 new accessories to this year's Versa Note, from a striking rear spoiler and 15" alloy wheels outside to stylish accent rings around the speakers and air vents inside.

Most of those new accessories are available in black, white, red, black-purple, orange and a carbon fiber look, and you can contrast them with any of Versa Note's 9 exterior colors and seven available interior colors.

If you really want to, you can give your Cayenne Red (new this year!) Versa Note an orange spoiler and front lip finisher, and add some black door handle covers. Then you can contrast a Wheat Stone interior with a purple rearview mirror cover and put a white trim on your floor mats. We’re certainly not suggesting you actually put together that rather eclectic color combo, but you could.

That’s the beauty of the Color Studio— the possibilities aren't quite endless, but it does seem like they are.

To celebrate the new Color Studio, Nissan tapped a trio of LA’s most innovative street artists— Annie Preece, Sebastien Walker, and Jaime Reyes — to put their own personal touches on three pristine Versa Notes. Nissan Juke Stinger Edition and LA Auto Show

Inspired by the reaction to the JUKE Color Studio, we've built a limited edition JUKE, and we've called it the STINGER. Take your pick of either the Solar Yellow model with black accents, or the Super Black version with yellow accents. Learn more about the JUKE Stinger Edition.

In other big news… We unveiled the new 2016 Sentra.

Following in the footsteps of both Maxima and Altima, the new Sentra has been redefined with Nissan's signature design language that incudes the V-Motion grille and boomerang headlights and taillights. Interior upgrades include a new steering wheel and driver's seat, soft touch materials throughout, and an available premium audio system.

It's not just about cosmetics though: We also added new safety shield technologies and bumped up performance and handling with a retuned suspension. Learn more about the 2016 Sentra.

2016 Nissan Titan XD at the LA Auto Show

This past fall the TITAN XD competed in the Texas Truck Rodeo at the State Fair of Texas. The results? Pretty darn good. The Platinum Reserve took home the Luxury Pickup Truck award, the PRO 4X snagged Off-Road Pickup honors, and the XD's Cummins® Turbo Diesel Engine was named Best Powertrain. At the end of the day, TITAN was honored with the Grand Prize: the Truck of Texas trophy. Learn more about the new 2016 TITAN XD.
