4-wheel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist

The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) pumps the brakes faster than humanly possible in emergency braking situations. This helps prevent your wheels from locking to help you steer around unexpected obstacles. While the Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) sends extra force to the rear brakes when it senses the additional weight of extra people in the back seat or a full tank of gas. In addition, the Brake Assist (BA) senses how hard you’re braking in an emergency and automatically helps boost performance by applying maximum braking pressure. [*] Brake Assist is only an aid to assist the driver and is not a collision warning or avoidance device. It is the driver’s responsibility to be in control of the vehicle at all times.
