MY18 and newer LEAF drivers require an active subscription to NissanConnect EV & Services [[2839]] powered by SiriusXM®, which is complimentary for a period of time after a new Nissan vehicle purchase.

As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock feature can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in NissanConnect EV & Services. If you have not yet enrolled in NissanConnect EV & Services or need to re-set your PIN, download the NissanConnect EV & Services app or visit the MyNISSAN Owner Portal.

Before first use, you must link your Nissan Owner Portal account with Alexa. For more information on set up and using the NissanConnect EV Skill [[2839]] call our NissanConnect EV customer support agents.
