It goes beyond ultimate

NISSAN GT-R® NISMO®

Since its introduction, the GT-R NISMO and the word “ultimate” have gone hand in hand. Ultimate Nissan, ultimate GT-R, ultimate supercar. And yet, ultimate will never be enough for our engineers. Constant improvements add to the legend: For 2024, enhanced aerodynamics and a new front limited-slip differential once again raise the bar for what ultimate performance can be.
  • Aerodynamic body design
  • 600-hp, NISMO-tuned engine[1]
  • Front/rear mechanical limited-slip differentials
  • Nissan/Brembo® Carbon Ceramic Brakes
  • Recaro® seats

It doesn’t push the envelope — it rips it open

AERODYNAMIC BODY DESIGN

With GT-R NISMO, form always follows function. Lessons from the racetrack bring a look to the street that’s as thrilling as it is effective.[2]
Reducing weight over the nose of the vehicle lowers the overall center of gravity, enhances front-to-rear weight distribution, and improves cornering turn-in. The available Appearance Package includes clear paint to let you see the carbon-fiber in all its glory.[3]
Reducing the weight of the roof lowers the center of mass, enhancing stability and handling.[3]
The carbon-fiber trunk lid adds stiffness while weighing around half as much as a standard trunk lid.[3]
Carbon-fiber body components Lightweight and incredibly strong, carbon-fiber is used extensively throughout the GT-R NISMO.[3]

It responds like a race car[2]

600-HP NISMO-TUNED ENGINE

Developments from the GT3 racing program make their way into the engine compartment. High-precision, weight-balanced parts for the piston rings, connecting rods, crankshaft, and valve gear components are dialed in with tighter tolerances, while specially developed turbo vanes allow quicker spool-up for enhanced response and a more aggressive delivery of power across the rpm range.[1]

It puts the power down

NEW FRONT LIMITED-SLIP DIFFERENTIAL

NISMO engineers love power, but they also love grip. For 2024, a new front limited-slip differential along with the rear limited-slip enhance traction and chassis balance.

Less weight with more grip

SUSPENSION/WHEELS AND TIRES

For immediate response, GT-R NISMO features lightweight 20" RAYS® forged-alloy wheels. A perfect partner, it rides on a high-performance tire and was designed using supercomputer analysis. The result is a wider contact patch, a greater cornering grip, and reduced rolling resistance. Making the most of the advanced wheels and tires, GT-R NISMO’s suspension is tuned to deliver exceptional grip levels and progressive handling response at the limit.[4]

Massive stopping power

NISSAN/BREMBO® CARBON CERAMIC BRAKES

Increasing friction — the heart of braking — requires an incredibly hard compound. GT-R NISMO takes a lesson learned from racing and employs carbon ceramic that is strong, exceptionally light, and heat-resistant.[2]

The lighter weight of the braking system reduces unsprung weight, enhancing handling
and steering response.

Especially rigid calipers wear special paint that will not change color, even at temperatures over 1,800 degrees.

BODY BONDING

To enhance the GT-R’s already rigid platform, additional adhesive bonding was added to key spot welds for increased body shell rigidity.

It holds you like no other

RECARO® SEATS

The drive comes first and foremost. In GT-R NISMO, connecting you to the experience are deeply contoured Recaro® seats featuring synthetic-suede inserts to help hold you in place while cornering.

SIGNATURE RED TACHOMETER

As modern as it is, GT-R NISMO has a deep sense of history, including a red tachometer face — long a NISMO tradition and a symbol of our passion for performance.
