MULTI-FUNCTION DISPLAY

GT-R’s display was video game-inspired in collaboration with Polyphony Digital®, the makers of Gran Turismo®. The large 8" multi-touch display puts all the information you need in a single location, including audio, navigation, and the Multi-Function Display system that is driver-configurable.^{[1, 2, 3]}

Custom view 1 Keep an eye on the engine by viewing turbo boost, oil temperature, and pressure.

Custom view 2 Feel the force. Monitor acceleration Gs, turbo boost, and throttle position.

Custom view 3 Go the distance. Keep track of current and historical
fuel economy, as well as range.^[4]

Custom view 4 Ideal for heavy-duty driving. Monitor coolant, oil, and transmission fluid temperatures.

Custom view 5 Keep tab of chassis dynamics, including cornering, overall Gs, and brake pedal usage.

Stop watch Activated by steering wheel-mounted controls, so you keep your hands on the wheel.

3-MODE DYNAMIC SYSTEM

GT-R’s three-mode system gives you supercar performance with amazing flexibility at the touch of a switch.

R-Mode

Normal Mode

Special modes

R-Mode is for maximum performance. It sets the transmission for the quickest shifts and adjusts the suspension, shocks, and Vehicle Dynamic Control for high-performance handling.^[5]

For daily driving, choose Normal Mode, which sets the transmission, suspension, and VDC for a smooth, refined ride.^[5]

Use Save Mode for long-distance driving and gentler torque delivery on slippery surfaces. In Comfort Mode, the damping force of the shock absorbers is variably adjusted for more comfort. Off Mode disengages the VDC system.^[5]

Serving up instant access

DISPLAY COMMANDER

The Display Commander lets you toggle up and down, side-to-side, rotate, scroll through, and control your infotainment system, all without the need to look down or touch the display screen.^[2]

DOES THE GT-R HAVE LEATHER?

Yes. The limited-availability GT-R brings a tradition of craftsmanship to its leather appointments that will take your breath away. Standard leather-appointed seats feature elegant synthetic suede inserts. Available semi-aniline leather interior appointments, along with double stitching on the seats, are a tactile and visual feast.

GT-R CRAFTSMANSHIP

Mastery lives in every detail of the Nissan GT-R. A single leather hide wraps the dash.^[8] Control bezels are scored for tactile feedback. Even the air vent was designed and developed by a quality expert to have a feeling of precision every time you use it.

GT-R STEERING WHEEL

Hand-stitching in the cabin elevates the experience,^[8] while steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters make sure a rapid shift is always at hand.

Luxury can live quite easily with performance. While you’re indulged with such features as heated front seats in available semi-aniline leather appointments, deep bolsters are designed to give excellent support.

DOES THE GT-R HAVE A REAR SEAT?

Yes, GT-R proves that real-world practicality doesn’t have to take a back seat to performance.

If that sounds good to you, consider this: The 11-speaker Bose Premium Audio System was designed along with the Nissan GT-R itself. The dual woofers between the rear seats were developed especially for the GT-R, mounted to employ the trunk as a giant bass enclosure.

ACOUSTIC GLASS AND SOUND DAMPENING

To help reduce outside noise, the GT-R employs a special acoustic windshield that features sound-absorbing technology between the glass layers.

EXHAUST SOUND CONTROL WITH TITANIUM EXHAUST

Need quiet? A control in the cabin closes a valve inside the titanium exhaust that significantly reduces outside exhaust volume — ideal in crowded or urban settings.
