Services and features may require compatible cellular network provided by independent companies not within Nissan or its partners’ or agents’ control. Cellular network signal strength may vary and may not be available in all areas or at all times. Cellular network not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Saipan or American Samoa. Services and features will not function if cellular network is unavailable or restricted, or when the wireless carrier ceases supporting the network with which the system in your vehicle is compatible. Because Nissan does not operate or control the cellular networks, Nissan is not responsible for providing you with continued access to features when the cellular network is no longer available, and  is not responsible for associated costs or other third party changes that may be required for continued operation due to cellular network unavailability, restriction, or termination (including equipment replacements/upgrades, if available, or roaming charges on alternative networks).

NISSANCONNECT SERVICES (APPLIES TO  VEHICLES SO EQUIPPED): Enrollment, owner consent, personal identification number (PIN), and subscription agreement may be required to receive full suite of features and services. Trial included with, and trial period begins on date of, new Nissan vehicle purchase or lease from dealer stock. Consumer activation of NissanConnect Services package required. Trial periods (if applicable), fees, feature availability, and programming are subject to change or early termination at any time without notice. Subscriptions governed by service provider’s subscription agreement, terms and conditions and privacy statements available at service provider’s website. Text rates or data usage may apply.

Please follow these instructions to disable connected vehicle services in your vehicle:


On your respective vehicle, the driver can disconnect connected services while in the vehicle by doing the following while the vehicle is “On” and in “Park”.

Turn Vehicle Data Sharing to “Off” in System settings

  1. Touch settings on the Launch Bar.
  2. If the settings icon is not displayed on the Launch Bar on the screen currently displayed, push <MENU> on the Nissan controller or touch [MENU] on the Launch Bar to switch to the HOME MENU screen where the settings icon is available.
  3. Touch [NissanConnect Services].
  4. Touch Vehicle Data Sharing and set the Toggle to ‘Off’ to disconnect data sharing.
  5. Touch Vehicle Data Transmission Setting and set the Toggle to ‘Off’ to disconnect connected services. Note: Other data services may be affected (Premium Traffic, etc.)
